So what your saying is don't believe anything posted in these forums ? I think when someone is posting times and dates of releases that are false or misleading, the comish or whoever is in control should clear it up and verify that the times & dates are wrong. I don't expect a time & date to be given by the comish or controler, just a verification that false and misleading information is just that , false and misleading.

Boca Juniors has a very good point. The candy should not be dangled if it cannot be reached. I understand if there clearing up some bugs with the game, just give the common courtisy of updating about a release. If it wasn't coming out today, it would take less than a minute to clear it up on a post. I don't know about you, but my day is not that "swamped" where i can't make a simple post.

Well I thought is was going into whoever had Dt could test it and then it would be full release by Thanksgiving. I dunno but that is what I thought it was.

I don't want to deal with the children today CJ. About flingz comment, the release of football is huge and they owe it to the smallball community to release some sort of information. And about all the hoopla about "credible" sources; an obvious lie of course should not be verified, but when a group of so called "experienced" players like yourselfs (not to say either of you two said anything) concur on a release date, that should be verified. That takes away crediblity and trust towards this forum.

They did release information. Commish himself said they were gonna TRY to release it by Thanksgiving. You shouldnt listen to other peoples "Gossip". The commish or smallball in general should not have to come here to dispute everything people say. Every time something has been released for this game, Commish has said so. When the game is ready and when he is ready to release it, he will tell everyone.

As people are telling me, your information is gossip and is probally full of crap. So try to keep it to yourself next time. And by the way, you need to get a new format for your tourney. Its not structured enough as can be seen by the lack of participation. Your web site is way to busy and needs to be focused more. Just a helpful piece of advice

They don't, its just good business. I would be trying everything possible to keep my customers happy. Happy customers tell friends, and so on, and so on. I bought 7 DT's & many others have as well, add to that everything else there selling related to smallball. Believe this, their in this to make money not because they like to provide us with a free game. So, KEEPING THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY should be #1 on their list. I understand they are busy fixing bugs and other stuff, but its plain and simple NO CUSTOMERS, NO GAME.

You can cut me up if you want. But I have the right to speak my mind having invested money into this game.

I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but they must be really close to releasing FB (probably Beta). On each one of my teams (ST teams included) I have been automatically subscribed to Football ever since the recent season #51 update...So by the looks of it, I wouldn't be suprised if we are suprised with a new toy come tomorrow....Please tell me if my logic is wrong...

I can't help but feel partially responsible for this confusion. I couple days ago I asked a question about beta testing.

In light of Commish's anouncement of a hopeful full realease for Thanksgiving, I asked if beta testing was iminent. The resulting speculation has obviously been misunderstood to be statements of fact.

In the few short months that I have been involved in this game, I have learned that all of the information posted in these forums is wild speculation based on the limited experience of the owner making the post. The only exception is Commish--and some times I even wonder about him!

Since football is brand new, the same thing goes double. I am looking forward to starting a football team as much as anyone else, butgetting all worked up won't accomplish anything.

Where does a verification of false and misleading information fit it with anticipation ?

I don't care if it comes out in a month, just as long as we are not given false and misleading dates to its release.

One last thing the commish works for smallball or andnow right ? what does the word commissioner mean? If you don't know then go look it up.

My beef is that nothing at all was said about the posts that the game was coming out this monday. Even if it was just gossip things like that should be dealt with by a simple post saying it isn't true. Smallball runs these forums right? I Know the commish said thanksgiving but that was before the posts about monday Nov 18 being the release date. I simple post would have cleared everything up thats not being babied.

If thats what it takes, then yes I do. They knew what they were getting into , and nobody forced then into it. If you provide a service for cash you better expect to get customers asking questions that you should answer correctly or correct any misguided information. It's all part of dealing with the public. Customer service & care is VERY important. If someone is spread false information about you, would you speak up to set things straight ?

Eventually they will come up with DT for Football and I will buy it, and many others will also, followed by hockey etc...... the future is bright for smallball, Thats when they can sit back and reap the benefits while hiring someone else to do this sh**. for now they must deal with it .

Football is run by smallball right ? So to answer your question, I payed SMALLBALL for 7 DT's(for me) and 3 DT's as gifts for friends. Like I mentioned above I will probably buy DT for football when it comes out depends on if I like the game.

I have been playing smallball on and off since season 3 or 4 don't remember. So once and awhile I like to voice my thoughts. Smallball is a great concept, and I wish them only the best.

This isn't a newbie talking. I created the first smallball related website & unvailed the greatest bug ever discovered.
