OK, if it takes almost 2 days to re-generate a full pie of TP....does this affect the skill of the players?

I am waiting for a full TP so to use the QT tickets i bought, but have heard it'll hurt the players if they don't do some training every day.

I do train the bench players daily.

When I trained the Divas using QT... i also went to training them every other day waiting for a full tp pie.

The only word of warning is DO NOT GO OVER 48 hrs..... as this is when it will hurt your team with the skill loss. So make sure you keep a close eye on the time that you train them and do it at the same time each time.

I haven't used the QT tickets yet - but they are still relatively new. One thing that you should keep in mind is that your team constantly loses skill - a little bit at a time. If you don't train for two days to get the full pie of TP, then you are going through an additional day of skill loss without offsetting it with training. I haven't figured out if all of the other owners have thought that through or not (I'm sure some have). If you train every two days, with or without QT, you're going to see higher skill gains by your players, to reflect the fact that they've "forgotten" more over two days than they would have over one. It will be up to you to decide what to do!
