Can someone please explain to me how the ranking works on the * pages. The 8* ranking for example: What makes team 38799 (#22) with 8.2 Honor, .285 win percentage, and 2 wins better than team 114668 (#27) with 8.7 honor, .772 win percentage, and 17 wins. Please help me understand...

The only thing that counts on the * pages is skill level. Teams are ranked on who has the highest skill levels when the list is generated. It has nothing to do with the stats for the team.
