Still Awating Ticket Numbers!

Wednesday night (10/18/06) I purchased a few items but have yet to receive the ticket numbers. I got a confirmation from PayPal and verified my bank account that the funds have been deducted  . I've sent a couple of emails to SmallBall but all I get is the canned response of they're looking into it. I was advised that I'd receive my ticket numbers momentarily after making the purchase. Is this typical of SmallBall or should I be concerned?

Yes, and Yes.. it is typical and you should be concerned.
File a complaint with paypal ASAP becaus eodds ar eyou'll never get your tickets.. quite a few people have had the same problem and ended up having to file wiht Paypal.
I guess just make sure to check your bulk folders and what not.. but odds are they'll never come... sorry

Just so you know, the funds have to clear before you get the tickets (this is if you made the payment with money that wasn't already in pay pal)
After they clear your should get it... if they have... file now!
Also, what ticket(s) were you trying to buy?

Thanx guys for the replies...not exactly what I wanted to hear. I purchased the 3 QT's and the Stadium Pack...spent about 25 bucks. The funds were taken out for sure. Guess I'll have to contact PayPal. My question, who's at fault? Is PayPal not forwarding the info to SmallBall or is SmallBall totally slacking? I'm really disappointed (to say the least).  Was looking forward to giving my team a little boost. Oh, well, guess I should have stuck with my intuition...damn.

Its Smallball, not Paypal lol.
Sadly Smallball is going down the drain and no one behind the scenes cares enough to fix it.
Commish could come back tomorrow and solve everyone's problems with the SB mall, but he wont do it because I dont htink he cares anymore.
Most people that have problems getting tickets order the DT, or single SCR packs, etc.. never heard of anyone not getting QTs or Stadium packs.. that really does bite.. im sorry man but there isnt anyone here that can help with that..

i am not trying to sell you anything, but i have some QT's and some stads, i cant sell them to people who arent buying, let me know what you were trying to get, and maybe we can work out a trade or similar
