DT problem -> So slow I cannot even train... |
|
|
Hi,
I hope somebody can help me out. Never had any problems with DT in 4 years until now. I tried to start up DT but it is so terribly slow I cannot train. The computer I use is the same computer I am using for 6 months now and I did not install anything on it recently. It is pretty fast as it is a company laptop.
I am a bit anxious because if other people are experiencing the same problem this could mean there is serious issue with smallball....
Please let me know what your experiences are and if you have some advice for me. If you are able to enter DT and willing to help me out by training my team 134321 and / or 555555 then please PM me.
Thanks! _________________ Rik

The deluxe trainer can use a lot of system resources. Make sure you're not doing anything CPU taxing at the time of training. Also, make sure to close any unnecessary program before hand. Hopefullly this helps. _________________

Almost no CPU is in use and my internet connection is faster then ever.
Nothing seems to work.... I guess I have to put them on holiday. This will ruin my chances to advance to PL4 _________________ Rik

Hmmm..
May want to try a fresh install of Smallball.. maybe one of your files have become corrupt? _________________ http://sbdevils.com/forum/ and http://smallball.info The only forums you'll ever need. |

I agree with mlthmp on this one! Completely uninstall all of SmallBall. Also make sure the Smallball folder is gone under C:\My Games\SmallBall. Then do a completely fresh install. Do not mess with any FPS settings at all before you try to run it for the first time. _________________

not sure whether this will help, but try defragmenting your C drive...
it helped me when I couldn't get FPS to work properly. _________________ 484371 9*
