i recall being told that it was wise to only train my regulars once a day. So along those lines is it wise to take off passive training in case someone challenges me? Also i recall being told to train my bench players twice a day. Since i only have the ST it would be hard to train my bench players twice a day w/o training my regulars as well. Is there anyway around that?

I suggest only having passive training on in an emergency, i.e. something comes up suddenly and you have to leave for a few days and you don't have time to find an asst. trainer. Other than that ALWAYS off.

First off, get the DT.

Secondly with the 2 day pie it's ok to only train your bench players once a day. But if you want to train them 2 times a day, you can put them all in the outfield, check the fielding button in the training pull down and they will be the only ones to play catch. Or you can put one at catcher, one at pitcher and one to bat and check the pitch ball button. But when you do this, make sure the other one is unchecked. Or just make them all run. There's many ways.
