Bench players gain full TP in 24 hours, and starters get full TP in 48 hours. But how is this time measured, is it 24 hours since you last trained your team or does a new training day start at midnight every day?

yep, but if you leave the trainer open, it doesn't regenerate it until its closed, and if you open it again, it pauses TP from gaining Wink

So if you are in DT and have your players in "rest" you won't gain TP (i've heard this question a few times since i've been here Smile )

the time starts as soon as you close out your trainer , anytime you do open your trainer , no TP will accumulate.
