It seems like many people are having issues with the SmallBall Mall as of late. I would like to start a consensus of tickets that people have not recieved in the last 6 months. This might help us have an understanding of which tickets people are likely to not recieve, and which tickets tend to go through ok.

Please only post, if you have taken the steps to make sure that this is SmallBall Mall's fault, and not your blunder ( i.e. make sure to check your Spam folder). Thanks!

I have done ALOt of looking into this.

If you order a DT ticket (or have a DT ticket in a larger package order) you wont get anything!

Same goes for the Single SCR packs (the 15 pack or whatever.. the 3X SCRs seem to come ok), pre trained 5* teams and 7XX packages.

Other than that.. I havnt heard of any other problems.. however, I cant promise thats all thats having issues.

Ordered 3 DTs from the mall, haven't gotten any.

However, at least there are other places to get DT tickets.

I ordered a DT at the end of August and got it. I've beemn lucky enough i got all my tickets. Just got three lefties on monday.

Had several messages from commish. I received the team and the rare stad tickets but havent received any of the ticket packs. plus he offered me my next $50 worth of tickets from the mall to be free for my patience in this situation. my last contact with commish was mid April

Perhaps people should also post what e-mail service they use, so we know which providers are blocking the tickets from even getting to us Neutral

The 2 times I tried to buy tickets and didnt get them I put the orders in at about 1AM EST. The 3 times I did get my tickets I put the orders in around Noon EST (3PM PCT).

So here is my theory....you should buy your tickets from 9AM to 5PM PCT.

This of course is no scientific method, I am curious however, for those of you who didnt get your tickets; what day of the week and time of the day did you put your orders in? Same question for those of you who did get your tickets quickly.
