well I did used to train em in throwing and catching but ever since my team used to strike out alot and not get runs I said fine i'll train in hitting since i'm training in hitting my team has been able to score runs Ect... but when it comes to keeping the lead my team cant, the pitching is good, but the defense is horrible they dropped the balls, cant throw good heck even ask Humdrums he even reviewed one of my games...so that means my defense is bad

Did I tell you I've read that essay Rally linked several times? There are a few other articles and posts about training around, but you have to dig. I like mlthmp's essay a lot though, it's clearly written and seems right to me. Thanks mlthmp, we n00bs appreciate it a lot!
I do wonder sometimes, why you wouldn't max out throw and run before the last pitch session, since those affect pitching. I know it would make for a longer process, but seems more accurate. Banana

No didn't you see my post I wasn't in the Offense League I said it was a Mix up I said that I trained in offense alot and rarely in defense not that I was in the Offense League, take another look....I even clearly stated that I wasnt in the offense league...I said no i'm not in the offense league what I was trying to say was that I train alot in offense and less in defense and I even said sorry for the mix up... so why do you call me a liar if I even said that it was a mix up.....next time read the whole thing and try and see what it means
