While I am training the DT , the Dt will lock up and I get a message , it doesn't happen all the time , but everyday it does it a few times , also when I am done training , the loader just goes away , like I close it out.

This is the message I get: "Sorry for the inconvenience , a program error did happen......to help fixing , please send an error log , just by one click."

Now I did this and the message goes to the DT guy , haven't heard a thing , I also uninstalled SB and reinstalled it a few times.

I am running Windows XP pro , with a Radeon 7000 video card , AMD Athlon(tm) Dual Core Processor 3800+ , 2.00 GHz ,1.50 GB of Ram. I also have the latest version of Java

Any help would be very much appreciated

Have the exact same problem. Has been bothering me for like 2 months now, never seemed to care until 2 weeks ago. If anyone can find the problem and help us fix it would be great.

I don't get the lock up but for the last week I get a server lost popup although I'm still connected and getting star drops.

When I exit training it closes entirely. That is a bug that came with the new windowed version. There was either a work-around that I forget or another download patched SB to fix it. I'll have to do some research for the fix. Had it before installing SB on new PC so I know there was fix
.

I get that message occasionally.
I have Windows XP Pro, 1 GB of system memory, 20" LCD, and a 128MB video card.
I am using the DVI connection, along with the VGA plug.

It only happens to me when I switch from full-screen, back to the "window" sized screen.

It doesnt do it all the time.
Maybe once every 10 tries here.

Pa,
It looks like you have an ATI video card, you may have done this but you would have to go to ATI's website and download drivers for your card. I've been using the widowed version of DT since it became available with no problems.

I have AMD 3500+,1 gig of corsair ram, 160 gig hard drive and nvidia 6600gt 128 meg video card, so you shouldn't having problems you have plenty of system. Only thing, it could be drivers for your video card but i'm not sure. Good Luck! Smile

Hello PA...here is your driver that you need from ATI.

Catalyst 6.5 Windows XP

Catalyst 6.7 is not supported by your system yet.

Here's the link to your driver that you need:

http://support.ati.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=894&task=knowledge&questionID=22264

Good Luck and post your results...

Any idea why I am having issues? Could it also be driver related?
