I read trainers postings in the past on the fact that they can tell if there team is an offensive/ defensive team or power , fast, contact?? now I have several teams and train them basically the same way so what is the formula to tell for example if my team is offensive/ defensive? or power/contact? or even fast???? Confused

I would say play some games and watch them. That should give you a good idea. Very Happy

I think one way to do it is to play several games in each stad to see which one they do best in. I would also say if you have 6 or more players that can throw 165+ without a whole lot of effort that speaks volumes.
If player hit better with more contact than the power cage.... that speaks volumes.
I will be curious to see what other think on this topic as well. Good post.
