I tried searching for this, but couldn't find any info on the subject. My question is, how do you know which player to apply a lefty ticket to on your team? Is it your worst hitter? Or is it your best hitter that's not a lefty?

Thanks

Personally, I believe that the leftied player should have good skill and contact hitting. Also, if you have a really good player who sorts at the top of most of the skills but doesn't have a good batting avg., try making him a lefty. You'd be suprised with the results Very Happy

Alright, thanks. I didn't think it would be this tough to select who to lefty. Laughing

I am no expert but I do have several all lefty teams. I normally go by average from the bottom to the top. I lefty my pitchers first cause I dony want a lefty on the bench. Before I do the ticket he will be on the bench for a few days training in all defense skills. I do this until he is in the top 3 of all defense categories. Then I give the ticket only when he has a full pie. After the ticket he goes straight to the power cage. After his first flood of stars come down he will get a plus of at least 20 power gain. I have seen as high as plus 27 power. Then slide him over to the contact cage and let him hit off the rest of his pie. Some players will be ready to go straight into the line up and will do good immediately, others take a little longer. Good luck!

Dang Jim, now I have to do this just to see if I get the same power gains you mentioned.

These gains are for a 9*team. I leftied a 5* team all at once and the power gain was +9 to 12 for each player. Cool
