Introducing the SmallBall Imps

What is an Imp?
An Imp is defined as one who is devilish in nature but requires growth to become a full-fledged Devil.

What are the SmallBall Imps?

The SmallBall Imps (SBImps) are the "minor league" for the SmallBall Devils. The SBImps were created as a proving ground for those that wish to ultimately end up joining the SmallBall Devils. The SBImps provide a way for interested members to enhance the qualities which are essential for membership consideration to the SmallBall Devils. As a SBImp, you are expected to abie by the SmallBall Devil's Mission and Value Statement. Becoming a SmallBall Imp should be considered an honor and moving up into the SmallBall Devils is an even greater honor. Not everyone that is a SmallBall Imp will become a SmallBall Devil and not every Imp will want to become a Devil. As an Imp you will be watched and guided down the path towards greatness. This greatness is not measured only in wins and losses, but rather by the honor of the person. We expect all SBImps to behave in a respectable and honorable fashion. You are not only representing yourself, but all other SBImps as well as all of the Devils.

The SmallBall Devil's Mission

Qualifications for joining the SmallBall Imps
*Must have at least one SmallBall team that is 6* or higher.
*Appropriate forum etiquette is expected on all SmallBall forums.
*Character is an important component: Observations of your conduct as an Imp will be reviewed for continued membership in the SBImps as well as for future consideration of moving up to the SmallBall Devils.
*SBD teams have a proud history being highly competitive: Each SBImp team will be assigned specific teams to initiate games against to assess their competitive nature. The results of these games will also be submitted to the SBD membership for review when the application for SBD membership is submitted. Don't hesitate to post any questions about training in the SBImp Community area.
