Well id just like to say I cant stand having all these forums its a joke.I remember one forum for everything seemed to work fine to me.Now when I go to make a post i have sit and decide what forum to use and if its important hope that its even seen.Ya i realize that the tournaments and questions got annoying but not as annoying as having to use all these different forums.Im mean seriuosly my replies get moved to other forums because there not acceptable in the forum i replied in.I think all smallball related topics should be in a smallball forum only 1 because in all reality it is one subject smallball.The only other forum I think there should be is a help forum so dedicated smallball owners that help can have a place to do it.Im guessing this most likely will be the wrong forum for this post so ill look for it in all the forums later to see how bad i got shot down.

I strongly felt that this was a smallball post and its like a slap in the face to have it put in a non smallball related forum.Greekwizard I always thought of you as a decent person so I can only wonder why when you seen my post and how upset I was about my posts being moved that you would put it as an off topic.My thougts as of now are you did it to piss me off more.Look i got rid of Team 666 changed it to Damage Inc. I tried being nicer but what has it got me.I think its made me look like a pushover and now I cant even post in the forum without my post being moved with a smart butt coment attached to them.

I think part of the problem is that there are too many moderators with too many different opinions. I think if you limited it so each moderator owned one forum, then we could quickly get to know what will and will not be allowed in any particular one. As it is now, granted that we are all still kinda new in here, there are posts where different moderators have different opinions. Maybe have one moderator with overall power, after GW finishes the forums, and one "smallball coach" for each forum. That way, the coach can run the day to day stuff, while the moderator keeps global (and only occasional, as she would act only on major issues) control.

I don't think CJ should go back to Moderator, Coach, Sarge and any other thing you want to call it. Stepping down was one of the smartest things I have seen him do during my 6 season tenure at SB.

I have to say LadyHwk, you all know about our disagreements, is the best, level-headed, consistent, professional and unbiased Moderator in these forums excluding Commish and Greek Wizard.
