my UL is attached to one team with no stads. How do I take the UL off of the team and reattach to one that has stads?

I think the person that issued the UL in the first place is the only one that can switch it to another team..

Or at least *I THINK* thats who can.. not 100% sure though

First post, Commish stated we are able to switch UL's to any team we want.
