SBAL

Hello Everyone,

I'd like to announce the opening of the SBAL. This league is a new league designed for the person looking for a competitive league outside the Pro-Leagues. There will be two divisions.

SBAL Invite and SBAL Open

I will be inviting 20 Teams to the Invite and for the open anyone with an 8-10* team can apply and 30 will be chosen.

There will be games scheduled for Every Monday,Thursday and Saturday. Every team will play eachother twice throughout the season. For the playoffs in the invite league the top 10 teams will battle in a UL for the top 2 seeds. Then a series out of 7 shall be played to decide who is SBAL's Invite Champion. In the Open the top 15 teams will battle it out in a UL to decide the top 2 who will play a series of 5 to decide the SBAL Open Champion.

Invites will be sent out via pm. Any team you like maybe selected to be entered. The website is currently being put up.

To apply for the open league please post here only 30 slots avaible.

Thanks Alot,

Mitch

I will reply to the invite, but I wanted to elaborate on why my answer is no. I feel fairly comfortable about most Mondays and Thursdays, but I am almost never around on Saturdays. Any type of league or tourney that ties me down to certain days just doesn't work well for me. It sounds great Mitch, and I would be happy to help out with prizes if needed. Just let me know. Thanks a lot and good luck.

P.S. I received 2 PM invites!

Wow...thanks for the invite. I'm surprised people still remember me here, even though I haven't been around in a while.

Anyhow, I also must turn down the good offer. I rarely do anything Smallball related these days.

Good luck with the league Mitch. The idea seems interesting.

TO ALL ENTERING SBAL INVITE AND OPEN!

It will now be done by UL for easier game play by all members. I realized 3 games manually a week might be hard.

I decided to get 2 uls.

I hope this fits for all!

Re-inviting Beaner (heh)

[Ryde93]

so could we get a list of who's all joined up and how many openings left? sounds great so far ...great work
