Be patient, your team will hit HRs when they're ready.

Hitting homers in that ballpark will take you some time. Fork out 3 bucks and buy a homerun park. Your also gonna have to play teams whos pitcher throws the ball around 107-up. This is just from what I've seen others will reply soon.

if you have a 4* team, dont worry about hitting a HR. I still havn't hit my first HR and i have a 7* team. and yes, you need BAT POWER, but I suggest you train in contact first.

You need contact so your guys can hit the ball. Then you need power so when they do hit the ball it goes further. I have an 8* team and I only have a total of 3 homers, thus my team is a contact team. breakboyforever hasn't hit a homer yet so his team is most likely a contact team. It all depends on what team you get. Once you figure out your teams strengths and weaknesses you can then adjust. Hey it's...

My team hits a lot of homers and even at that they did not start hitting them in bunches until I was about 7*. You have to train in power to have them hit homers and even with that, it takes time. You could have the biggest home run hitting team every spawned and you still, most likely, would not be hitting them at 4*. Just keep training your team and keep an eye on the batting balance so you do not end up with a home run or strike out team and your team will start hitting them. You could also, as someone else suggested, get HR park, which will help your home run numbers. I play there and it sure helps my totals.

Now the homers are starting to fly for my team. I now have a total of 6 when just yesterday I had 3. I just played a game in the homerun park so that might have something to do with it as well.

So I guess the routine I gave you to run for a week is working. Glad to see it. Congrats.

Thanks, but I didn't exactly follow your schedule. I kind of weekness trained a little. Like if I were to run on a certain day but then I see the fastest guy on my team is struggling in contact then I would train in contact instead of run. It was a great set of guidelines though.

Glad to see you working it your own way, that is really the best way. You have to get to know your own team. I'm glad to see you are being more productive at the plate.

Very true. Now my guys aren't only getting more home runs but now they are hitting for higher averages which I believe is going to be this teams strength. I now need to concentrate on meeting maxing points for the team so I can finally figure out who is going to play where and what each player is going to train in on each day.

your homeruns will come, dude

on 482108 I didn't hit my first one til I was 7*....

and last week I hit 27 homeruns in a three-game span

patience will really help you... don't expect the homerun right away... just look for improvement in their fielding and contact hitting... eventually they'll swing for the fences

Hey we are all beginners, until you cannot learn anything more, i would say you are a beginner, even if your "balls" say different. Wink

My teams don't hit homeruns until 9*'s. If they do, I'm doing something wrong.

(Except when the HR glitch occurs and a 1* or low * batter hits one)
