Im curious as to how everyone makes their flashing team id's in their signature.. they usually have like 3 or 4 teams that flash down there with their team names and logo.. i want to make one but I don't know how so I was wondering if someone could tell me what program they use to make it and maybe if possible where to find somewhere to teach me how to do it.

You have to have photoshop or something I think. I didn't make mine. Killer made mine. Ask him if he will do it. You have to pay him like a QT depending on how much work you want done.

It's just a animated GIF. You can download free ones and design your own pictures for each team and go nuts.

If you're nice enough I'm sure Dark_Magic, Killer, or Pizzaguy would make one for you.

I'm sure there are plenty of talented banner-makers, just pick out a few pictures online and send them to someone and see if they'll make banners out of it.

(Dark_Magic created my sig with the pictures I provided him and as you can see, he did a great job).

Do a google search for animated gifs. There are some programs that are pretty simple to learn. They're kind of addictive.

I made my sig. It looks alright. It took me long enough though, finding the right size pics and what not. But in the end, i guess ot looks alright! Laughing

You can also get question mark 622 to do 1 and it won't cost you anything. By the way, he did mine and I just wanted to put it out there that he does avatars too.

I'll make you a signature. PM me with details. I will send it to you and then if you don't like it I will make you another. I use photoshop and am pretty experienced with it. I still have yet to learn how to make sigs as good as Killer though. I always willing to practice and to help.
