Training Day Ticket Subject description: Saw this on the Smallball news page |
|
|
I was just reading the Smallball News page and came across a ticket code on the front page, at the bottom, next to the smallball guys. Curious, I had to do a ticket check on it. It says that it's a "Training Day Ticket". Of course, it was used but it really sparked my curiousity. What is this ticket? I've never seen any ticket on the ticket page that refers to it. |

I think I'm the one that got that, I had no idea what it was either. It said it trained my team in hitting.
There are a few hidden on the page.
I found a super rookie there too. There were two (that I noticed there but there could be more) I was not able to figure out. I wonder if anyone else has figured them out and used them yet.
EDIT:
Just found another one while looking. It is a training day one. It is unused. I've already made the mistake of using one I did not need, so I'm leaving it there. But there is at least one ticket out there still active as of this posting. |

The Super Rookie ticket is great. And congratulations on your find and being one step up on the smallball public. I know it pays to be committed and to be fast. Unfortunately, you were the Hare and I was the tortoise. (Wait a sec, who won that race again?)
I really won't use any of the other tickets outside of a Lefty ticket or a DT. Or, of course, a super rookie. I'm envious and maybe next time I'll get up at 3:00 a.m. instead of 4:00 a.m. |

I just got lucky because I always wake up early for work during the week. Being it was Saturday and I didn't need to get ready for work I came on to play some small ball. You know what they say "sometimes it's better to be lucky then good.'
As far as I know there is still one training day ticket out there unused. And at least two I have not figured out to see if they are used or not. |

| Somebody needs to give you a sleeping pill. Then I would be able to strike with a vengeance. I won't use those other tickets though I did locate them. But that's O.K. Right place, right time! Just make sure I'm the guy who is on the car lot first when a ferrari is sold dirt cheap. Wait, what am I thinking, I couldn't even afford the insurance. |

| I don't think these tickets are an everyday thing. Well, unless you search hard and participate in some of the leagues. There was a brand new addition of the Smallball News and I happened to come across it this morning. After looking through the forums, the commish announced that he planned to give out the special tickets. I wasn't aware of it until I happened to stumble across it in my morning stupor. The more you get involved in the forums, the better chance you have of getting the little perks they offer (tickets, parks, etc.). There seem to be some really cool people here. I've found almost all are very willing to help. Respect will also get you everywhere- Kind of like real life. Big surprise, huh! |

Where can I go to find this page? With the hidden tickets, they are probably all gone but I want to see how it was done. _________________ Sphere of Influence - 491504

I think a training day ticket is a sort of random QT ticket. _________________ 73298 l 4044

| Thanks Doc F! This has had me confused all day. I thought it was a new ticket that I was unaware of. I don't care much for these tickets (outside of the lefty and super rookie) as the time shift program is really working out great and speeding up my training significantly. But I can see how people, who have less time on their hands, would jump all over it. Thanks again for ending my pondering into the depths of the Abyss. Or whatever! |
