I have tried searching for answers, but can't find them, so I apologise now for the fact that knowing my search abilities, they have already been answered. Enough waffle... questions! Smile

1. I read the longer you have a player is highlighted in training the happier they are. Do they also get happier when playing games? If so is this all games including exhibition? Even when they loose? How many games a day to make them happy? (I would rather traing for a couple of weeks before playing, but if it makes them happier...)

2. Also, when you play exhibition, are you playing against a game team or 'real' team. (A team owned by a person) It doesn't seem to need to be online during the game.

3. If you click out of a game part way through, do the results still come up? Do they count? ie power cut etc...

Thanks for any help anyone can give. Just started a trial yesterday. This is AWESOME!

I've seen no evidence that having them play games makes them play better. The only time that I can think of this being the case is when Passive Training is on and they're trained during the game.

You are playing against a real team. You game is never in real time. It is...let's say, produced in the seconds after you press the "Play" button and then you get to watch it play out as the "rendering" unfolds. After you start the game, you don't have to be online to watch the end of it.

Yup, it sure does count! You can start it up and click out before the guys start play. But you have to wait until the game is over before you can start another game.

Great to have someone new on board. If you have any more questions, ask away! Surprised

I've been playing Ogame. Great to find a completely different kind of game. AWESOME!
So the team I am playing... do they happpen to be online at the same time? The reason I ask... could my team be playing without me even knowing while offline?

Yup, your team is actually stored online and always available to be played...along with any other team.

For the first question, as a young team, your players moods will improve more if they play games. Once your players faces are white they will usually stay that way unless you don't train for a few days.

And it's said that mood is supposed to effect your players performance, but I imagine not too much.

Most are red and a couple are middle... no emotion. Smile

One thing this game has in common with OGame... the first two weeks can be a little frustrating to get going in the game... but worth it. Smile

Look like I will stay in the training area.

How do you know when the guys are well trained in certain areas? Do those symbols in the top right changes colour?

The only way you'll know a player is well-trained in a skill or "maxed out" in a skill is after training him in that specific skill he gains only +.01 continuously. For example:

You have a player in the run zone, and after 3 or 4 consecutive gains he doesn't gain a full skill number (such as +1) but instead has 3 or 4 +.01 gains, that means he is "maxed out" in that skill and will not get any better. Unfortunately, that's the only way to gauge how well a player is trained in that are, although a color-coded system would be sort of nice. For now, mood is the only color-coded system.

Enjoy the game, once you hit 6* you'll notice definite improvement in your player's skills, a couple things to train early is run and interception.

Once you get a solid 8* team, go for ProLeague's and stop by some Created Leagues and sign up there. I love playing in user run leagues. A lot of fun on a personal level. A great oppurtunity to meet good trainers, get tips, learn your opponent's teams and get to know yours better as well.

Very Happy
