Do you ever end up eating the fruit stickers that come on apples and peaches and the such? I almost always do. I'll be munching on a nectarine and look down to see half a sticker. Then I think about the other pieces I ate earlier in the day and realize I hadn't taken it off them, either.

So, how about you? Gettin' any extra fibre with your apple?

i used to work in a supermarket. so i always had to look for the sticker.

so none ever end up inside of me these days
