I've seen one team who had a black uniform for their team color but I am unable to see how you can do that from the trainer. Doeas anybody know if that is possible at all or have I just gone completely insane?

There may have been a black looking jersey on their team page, but you won't see black uniforms in a game. It's not possible unfortunately.

Black appears when you choose the dark dark grey...i wish we had orange jerseys. Rolling Eyes

I am with you Texas, I wish you could have orange jerseys, and black hats, too. The closest I have gotten to Black is the very top selection of purple.

I wish that the colors for the hats and Jersey's were the same, I don't like the neon approach with hats.

there should be pinstriped, gray, and white pants
along with pinstriped shirts that you could change the color of the pinstripe

I think the easies way to get all the colors is to allow the owner to input the RGB combination or the hexadecimal code for the uniforms and hats. The current color grid would still be available but the number codes would allow other owners to further customize their team. And it would be the minimum of effort for the greatest efficiency. (Sorry, that last sentence was kinda weird).

You know, Red-Green-Blue. By varying these primary colors you can achieve any color on the palette. Hexadecimal is just another way of writing that code down.

Probably because it does something wrong with the game.

Also I think a while back we wanted some new colors and suggested to Commish that he do this.
