88 XPO 40145 1994 Montreal Expos 6.8 .400 4 6 ********
I'm almost as proud of this as I am of my other teams getting the 9* badge.

Good job, just 1 question. Do you find training every day or every other day is better for your ST team? DO you feel the same with your DT teams?

I train every day with my ST team. It takes way too much time to use the full pies in the ST. BUT, when Free DT Friday rolls around, I make sure they have the full pies. 
The only reason I don't do full pies in DT is the time that I train. I can't be sure that I can train at that time and don't want to go over so I train daily.
