10* Badge for Team Page |
|
|
SmallBall should make a 10* badge.
The #1 spot on the 9* list changes every day, somedays its me, somedays it's Zip It, some days its highlander or p.a.
I could have been 10* before, and not even have known it, same as other teams. Even if you are 10* for a few minutes, you will be able to see later that you have reached that point before |

10* Badge |
|
|
| I have to agree, that is why I suggested a 10* page. It seems like more and more teams hit 10* for a brief time. I saw Coach Nibble's 10* with my own eyes. Congrats to all that reached it! |

I was always under the impression that 10.00 meant every player was maxed out in all skills. And as soon as you close the trainer, your players start losing skills. Thus no one should stay there longer than an hour or two.

Wouldnt making a 10 star team be useless since none of them can maintain it. I think a 10 star badge would be great but a page will never have anyone on it unless they happen to turn 10 around the same time the pages are updated. _________________ "Oderint dum metuant" |

if i'm correct, commish told me awhile back in the old SBC chatroom that 11* would be a perfect team, not 10*, which would mean that a team could possibly hit 10* and stay there forever, as long as they kept training well _________________

The only one I've actually seen is Tucson Titans, 7777, but I know PA made it and I'm sure others have too. I'd love to see a 10* badge, that would be cool. Or as Opie my avatar would say: Huh? (Opie was usually stoned.) |

I was always wondering about that, since a team starts with 1* that would kinda equal 0% skill if one goes up from there 10* would mean 90 % of the max. skill and 11* would equal 100%. As far as I understand it each team starts with the same number of overall max. skill, the only thing that varies is the distribution among the team's players. So to get even to 90% of the possible skill points u would need a team that has 9 really great players and 3 horrible benchies, it would be interesting to see if that is the case with the teams who recently hit 10*
However since Commish never said anything about how the star ratings are actually calculated we can only guess here. |

No...your 9 star team is somewhere between 80 and 90% perfect..and your 7 star team is somewhere between 70 and 80% perfect, with "perfect" being 11 stars.

5 7's in there, Cliff ("77777"). I didn't see PA's page, but noticed because he wasn't on the 9* "Top 100" list that day. Then I read the forum and found out. I haven't noticed others, but I'm sure there are some, given how I found out.
I thought something looked wrong on my home page, but didn't realize what had happened until I went to another of my 9* team pages and thought I lost a star. Then I counted 9 and had to go back to 77777's page to see if it really was 10. It was, but it was gone in about 2 hours or so.
Sure, I'd love to have a 10* badge. I'm never going to have those 1st league champ icons cluttering up my screen at this rate.
I train my benchies, but they are my worst players. I don't think I've ever tried hard to get them in my lineup because any time I did at the beginning, the went 0-fer and got benched. I'm thinking of using rookie tickets on them to test that out.
Anyway, thanks to everyone for the games (about 55 since I posted 24 hours ago). It really helped my stats. _________________ JD

Its funny when people have weaker teams and you play them and find out that they have some godly team that they use to beat the crap out of people that challenge thier weak team. I find it quite silly. They wont use the team that got stomped, oh no, they use thier godly team, as if it makes any difference. Thats not the team that got beat! |

The only time I would ever consider doing something like that is if, say I had a 5* team and someone beat my team and they were 7* or better. I would have to say you need a good butt spanking. Over and Over. |
