Skill Level |

| Is there a way to see each individual players' skill level? If not will there ever be a way? I mean how do you really know when a player has maxed out and he stinks at everything and it's time to try a rookie. |

No there is no way to tell except by watching the skill gains, when you start seeing +.01 increases and taking forever to train them in that skill, they are maxed. As far as ever being a way to tell, won't ever say never but I will say highly unliely.
When to try a rookie, personal decision to make there and it usually takes some time to come to that conclusion. _________________
