What's the best line up? it seems my line up is not that well, I take the batt-skill the best is first.

You should check the batting average. The players who are hitting at the moment should bat at the top of your lineup. If any are power hitters he should bat a couple of spots down so if he hits a homerun hopefully there will be players on base. It's not any different then the real game.

Put them in speed order. Fastest first, etc. Then if your best avg hitter is not the fastest, run him until he is and if your best hr hitter is not the 4th fastest then run him until he is, etc. Sometimes you have a great hitter, avg, hr or both, who just can't hold speed and there's not much you can do about that and must bat him lower in the order or better yet, put him where you want and put up with the occasional base running snafu.
Just remember this; your first 3-4 batters will get the most at bats, by far.

1 - Fastest
2 - 3rd Fastest
3 - Best AVG
4 - Slowest Power
5 - 2nd Fastest Power
6 - Fastest Power
7 - Slower Defensive need
8 - Faster Defensive need
9 - 2nd fastest

Defensive need players are players who, because of thier defensive ability are needed for the team to play its best. Example, if an OF is so-so hitting, but has a great arm, catching and decent speed he will fit in quite well in one of these slots. Also running is important to think of when you make a line-up so that you avoid running errors.

Hope this helps

I go by (room for modification depending on how they're playing):
1 - High Average (or Contact if beginning of season), High Running, High Skill.
2 - Same as 1, but second best. Often a lefty, to push the 1st batter round to 3rd).
3 - Highest HR (or if two are about even, the one with higher contact/average)
4 - Highest reamining contact/average
5 - Highest remaining skill and running
6 - Second highest HR
7 - Fastest remaining
8 - Pitcher (often)
9 - Remaining player
