TV's House thread (*DOES* contain spoilers) Subject description: A thread for fans of Fox's House Television program |

Who here watches House? This has quickly became my favorite show on TV.
According to the scenes from this weeks episode, the whole thing with
Tritter is within an episode or two from coming to an end.. what is everyone's take on how this story arch will end?
Personally, I think Wilson will get tired of Tritter's crap and cut a deal to get himself out of hot water, while causing as little damage as possible to House's career

Simple put.. House is a doctor with a HORRIBLE attitude, but he is very very good at what he does.
The official Fox site is located at http://www.fox.com/house/
Its about half-way through its third season now. |

I'm a HUGE House fan. It is up there among my favorite TV shows. I don't really like the Tritter story arch, just as I didn't really like the Vogler story arch in the first season.
Both of these storylines are too similar for my taste. Another alphamale comes in the picture trying to make House suffer and succeeding in making House's friends suffer instead. Once again Wilson is on the cusp of leaving, so next should be a threat to Cuddy which will be the catalyst in resolving this issue without hurting any of the major characters. House apologises to Tritter, or some such, but that won't be enough. Maybe a suit (or threat of a suit) against Tritter for police harassment or some such...
Maybe the actor playing Wilson needs a week or two off to do another project and he'll be gone for one or two show.
I love this show, but I wish they would stop rehashing the same story.
How do you think it will end?
Martin
P.S. BTW maybe because about my posting, topic should be changed to (Does contain spoilers!) _________________

I still think Wilson ends up cutting a deal to have his assets unlocked and his car returned, etc.
I just can't see House actually doing any jail time, because it would almost surly ruin the show.. What would it be, ER meets Prison Break? yeeeah lol.
Just from the previews on the end of last week's show, we know someone does turn on House this week, and in the previews he looks even more upset than usual. One thing I am looking forward to is seeing House lay out Chase.. thats been coming for along time IMO lol
I do agree with you Harf though, I didnt like that other story line too much either.. While I dont remember the episode exactly (been awhile since I watched, all though I have season 1 on DVD lol) didnt he try to get rid of both Wilson and Cuddy just because he couldnt get rid of House? Also, didnt that whole story line start with him wanting House to wear one of those ugly Doctor's coats or something? |

Friends and I have been discussing who the one is to turn on him.
I still say Foreman. Twists occur.
(It's my second fav show, behind 24 and the only one I watch that's on this season) _________________ XsT | TA# 1.1 | -.- | XXI | $2856.82 (10/27)

I wouldn't be shocked by that one either.. House and Foreman don't get along very well..
A part of me doesnt wonder if it'll be Cuddy.. You know, trying to save her entire Hospital by throwing one Dr. to the dogs? |

That's probably my favorite show behind maybe 24 and Prison Break. I like them all so much it's hard to pick a favorite though.
The least likely canidate to turn on him is Cameron, so I'll go with that. Foreman seems to hate House, so I don't think it's him (too obvious). Wilson is getting the most pressure, so that also seems too obvious. Cuddy turned on him once before, so that's again too obvious. Chase is scared of House, so he might be a very unlikely pick. He gets decked by House this week, so I think they want you to believe it is him. Tritter reminds me of most cops I've ever known. Had he not been a jerk to House to begin with, he wouldn't have been treated so badly by House. I don't see House giving in to him, but threat of losing his only friend may just change his mind...though I doubt it. _________________ SB Devils |

Appears to be Wilson after all.. in the final seconds he goes to Tritter, and scenes from the next episode show him telling house they cut a deal.
Odds are, House doesn't accept and goes to jail lol _________________ http://sbdevils.com/forum/ and http://smallball.info The only forums you'll ever need. |

I now seriously think that House has an addiction. I think this might be one of those times that it may just be better for someone to have the addiction. _________________ SB Devils |

Have you ever watched USA's Monk? he is a PI or something with a bad case of OCD among other things.. anyway one day someone gave him a pill that made him "all better" but he couldn't solves crimes anymore..
I'm really starting to think thats exactly what we're going to see here..
House has an addiction, but when he isn't "on" his pills he isn't as good of a doctor.. Then again, who can tell anymore.. there isn't any telling how this story line will end.
Personally, I think Tritter will have a breakdown or a heart-attack or something and House will save his life.. leading to the charges being eventually dropped..
Who else enjoyed seeing Chase layed out like House did? I liked that scene.. I'd almost bet Chase' character is wrote off and replaced next season. _________________ http://sbdevils.com/forum/ and http://smallball.info The only forums you'll ever need. |
