Well last week was my worst overall week in my 2 and a half years doing my picks. Can't do much worse than last week.
last week- straight up- 6/14
against the spread- 4/14
9 week total- straight up- 77/128 (which is not bad)
against the spread- 63/128 (back below .500)
so here are my better picks this week

Texans (+10) at Jaguars- Garrard looks good for the Jaguars (much better than Leftwich did). I just have a feeling the Texans will give them some trouble this week. I'll say Jaguars win but Texans cover.

Ravens (-7) at Titans- Ravens are good. Titans are bad. Very expert analysis there. Ravens win and cover.

Redskins at Eagles (-7)- Good division rivalry. Unfortunately, the Redskins havent been playing too good. Eagles win and cover.

49ers (+6) at Lions- who plans to watch this game. not too many will admit to that. 49ers look halfway decent and will beat the lowly Lions.

Chargers (-1) top pickat Bengals- Watch for the Ravens to run away with the division after this game. Chargers win and cover easily and nearly end the Bengals season in my top pick of the week.

Jets (+10.5)upset pick at Patriots- I bet many will argue against me with this pick but I see the Patriots losing two in a row. Tough loss to the Colts last week might just lower their confidence a little bit. They will be back next week but i take the Jets to upset the Pats in my upset pick of the week.

Chiefs (+1) at Dolphins- Yes its true, the Dolphins are favored. That scares me. Chiefs win easily.

Packers (+5) at Vikings- Vikings are falling fast and will continue the downward spiral this week when they are killed by the Packers. Packers upset Vikings.

Browns (+ 8 ) at Falcons- Will Vick have a good game this week. The answer is probably no, but it doesnt matter because they cant lose to the Browns. Falcons win but Browns cover.

Bills at Colts (-12)- Well finally i'm picking a favorite to cover the spread. The Colts should be pumped up after their victory last week against the Pats. I will say that they will NOT make it to the superbowl whether or not they go undefeated. Colts win and cover.

Broncos (-9) at Raiders- The Raiders go back to looking awful last week. Now they play a great defense in the Broncos. Plummer will give more points to the Raiders then they will score on offense. Broncos win and cover, but we still want Jay Cutler in.

Saints (+5) at Steelers- someone needs to talk to the odds makers. How is a 2-6 team favored over a 6-2 team. Steelers continue their disappointing season as the Saints "upset" Steelers.

Rams (+3) at Seahawks- Seatlle still without their top players. Rams got all of theirs. This add up to a Rams upset over the Seahawks.

Cowboys (-6.5) at Cardinals- People say the want the Cardinals coach to be fired. I say fire the whole team for not playing to potential. Cowboys win and cover in my "alternate top pick".

Bears (+1) at Giants- It almost never happens that I pick against the Giants. This week i am a little worried because the Giants have so many injuries. The Bears will play much harder than they did last week when they lost to the Dolphins so i pick the Bears to upset the Giants.

Monday night game:
Bucs at Panthers (-9.5)- Bucs look like their offense is incapable of scoring double digits in points so i take the Panthers to win and cover.

Challenges always accepted and appreciated!!!

Shocked Even this part:

?

One of the worst teams in the NFL beating one of the best, after said one of the best barely lost to another one of the best, doesn't sound very probable to me. The Jets may lead the overall series between these two teams but that's because of what happened many years ago. A lot has happened since that era of Jet prominence. The last time the Pats lost back to back games was when? They aren't going to lose to the Colts by a small margin one week and then lose to the Jets the next. They aren't going to lose this game.

First of all, I have to say I can't believe someone agrees with all my picks. Thats a first for me. Anyway in response to humdrums, I also thought that there was no way the Bears would lose to the Dolphins last week and look what happened so u should never guarantee a game.

If you ask me, Bears are overrated. Their schedule is SOOO easy i can't believe they arent undefeated

Ouch

Yeah, I'm just going to keep my mouth shut about this stuff from now on Surprised Rolling Eyes So close, yet so far. They let me down again, good thing I didn't bet anything. Stats favored Pats but all excuses aside, I was wrong.
