It's called the Ultimate ST Training Guide for a reason. Wink

I was gonna write the penultimate guide to ST throwing, but found the subject too profoundly complex to put into words I could understand.

I can't remember what was said the the Guide to ST Training, but what I do works perfectly.

Put the players you want to train in throwing in 3B, SS & 2B. Make sure both fielding balls are still active (the 3B should run to get the ball as he can only catch 1). Make sure to have the 3B selected, and the ball will be thrown to him each time (he will only throw to SS & 2B).

This works fine for me.

Chris.

The better throwing gains are using the same techniques as mentioned above but different players. When I trained in ST I selected the LF and he threw to the 3b and CF. These are longer throwing distances and improves their skills faster.
