I am posting this because I think it's only fair.

The previous time I tried to buy something from SB Mall I never got the tix so I posted a frustrated thread. I in turn had to file with paypal to get the money back. I did in fact get my money back, no harm no foul.

So this time, I got my tix in under 2 minutes so fair is fair.

I would be posting if I didnt get them, so I am posting now...I ordered 10 7 Packs of QTs and I got them no problem Very Happy

Mike

I understand that you're satisfied this time, but it's the kind of thing that needs to go through every time without a hitch. If only 10% of the orders aren't going through, something is still drastically wrong.

I agree 100% red, no question about it. I wouldn't say I'm satisfied though, it's just my transaction went through smoothly and we read everytime it doesn't, but only occassionaly when it does go smoothly.

It likely works more then not actually Mike just if it doesn't work sometimes that's huge. It's basically just blowing money.

And the problem is this: If it has never failed for you (using the Mall and getting your goods delivered) then taking the risk until is does fail seems ok. But, for those of us who have had it fail, and have had to file a complaint and claim with Paypal...it just doesn't make sense to purchase anything from that point on. I mean, sure, 9 more times we might get the stuff, but on that 10th time when we don't...can you in good faith go to Paypal again and complain and place a claim? Probably, but you know what, if I was Paypal I'd say "go scratch!"...why would you go back to doing business with a company that you already had to file claims against? And then expect Paypal to chase them again? Makes you look foolish quite frankly if you have to go and file claims again.

Very well said Kin, but to add to your reply.......

Even if all tickets went through, there is still no customer service. A company cannot sell things and not at least have a email open to the comsumer. Someone has to be in charge of the problems a company has with its customers. I'll tell you guys something.......

For whatever reason he has had......... the bottom line is he has lied in the past, and continued to lie right up to the last post he ever made here. Even the people that used to back him up no matter what he did, or said he would do only to not follow through, have stopped justifying him.

The community, awesome. The OSBF Administrator, awesome. The Mods and Ta's, awesome. The game, awesome. The frienships awesome. The competition, awesome. Customer service........none
