Pretty much like finding a pitcher, put them in the net one at a time and train them. Not kicking into the net but in the net.

So max them out in the net first. Is there a secondary skill of equal importance? Like throwing skill for pitching.

Reaction then running.

I started my teams by maxing in run then reaction. Then I maxed them in goal skill, went back and full pied reaction and run.

Then keep the top two in goal, reaction average, making sure they aren't near the bottom in running.
