What are the chances that your team is born with no true competant pitcher what so ever at all.. is that a possibility.. and if so.. just OUCH. That kind of makes it difficult to win in the long run huh?

No. Every team has one true pitcher. "You" decide on how fast he throws. Like training in throw more then pitch will cause him to throw faster. If he just trains in pitch he will throw more of 108-110, but I have a pitcher that throws 115-116.

That's not nessecarily true... I've seen no proof that a team can't have all bad pitchers.

Also, some players can only throw 102-105 even when maxed out in run/throw/pitch. IMO, it's all random. If you get screwed, work with what you have. Just go with it. Rookies and Super Rookies help later on.
