It is the intent of the SCL to bring to this community the very best in competition the game of SmallBall has to offer. To achieve this, our league must be full of committed conference commissioners and trainers. The growing number of commissioners who depart during the season sends the wrong message to the leagues membership about the committment of leadership. The growing number of forfeits from our teams signal supply is much larger than demand.

To regain our strength, and return to its rightful place as the best league in all of SmallBall, we have decided to reduce the number of active conferences by two for the upcoming season. The Atlantic-10 and the Horizon conferences were chosen for this downsizing.

With that being said, there are 2(maybe more) openings in the sunbelt conference for season 15
