Location- Small Sports MSN Chat

Date- Wednesday Night September 1st
Time- Signups will start around 815 PM EST

Spots- 20 or 30

Teams Per Owner-1 (maybe 2 if needed)

Star Limit- no star limit

Tournament will start around 9pm EST or whenever all teh spots are filled

Rules
Signups- To sign Up wait for the User league ID and password to be displayed in the chat. Once the info is given you msut whisper the Host(LCD) which team you have entered. If you dont whisper the host your team ID it will be booted from the Userleague.

Tournament Rules- Once either 20 or 30 teams ahe signed up. The Signup UL will be split into either 2 or 3 leagues of 10. Once the leagues are split into 10. Each User league will have a round robin of games scheduled. The Games will then be forced by me. Once all games ahve been forced the 8 teams with the best records will be ranked and seeded into the bracket. All other teams will be eliminated. The Team with the best overall record will gain the #1 seed and homefield advantage throughout the playoff bracket. Any ties in records will result in a Forced Tiebreaker in the User league.

Tie breaker Rules
2 team tiebreaker- A round of gmaes will be played between the 2 teams each team home once and away once. The first team to sweep the Home and Away series will win the tiebreaker

3 or more team Tiebreaker- A round of round robin gmaes will be forced. The team with the best record from those games will win the Tiebreaker. If there is a tie during this tiebreaker the same tiebreaker rules are in affect and forced.

Bracket- Once the 16 teams are in the bracket. Each team will be seeded absed on how well they did in the user league. The higher # seed will initiate in every round. Example 8 will initiate agaisnt 1 and 5 will initiate agaisnt 4.
