Skills Training |
|
|
Is there a kind of passing skill and tackling skill? And how to train those skills?
For the goalkeeper, how to train their jump and catch? Just put players to shoot the balls to goalkeeper?
What's the main differences amongst circle zone, drive zone and wall zone?
Thx for help. |

Check the soccer home page...there is information there in pictures on what zones are for what skills. Best way to train keeper is in dedicated mode with the keeper in the goal. |
