Subject description: P/L 1 champions.

I'm not sure who owns this team, but congratulations on the P/L1 Championship. Also congratulations to Pakistan FC who appears to have finished with the same W/L %. Was this a tie that was broken by a tie breaker?

A tie is broken by the higher goal differential. If those are the same than whoever finished higher last season.
