I would like to have the use of a UL for the relatively unrepresented mid-star teams.

To meet your requirements:
I have a privateersclan.com screen name: Chris SB Teams
I have a forum for my members: http://www.activeboard.com/forum.spark?forumID=87743
From the number of posts requesting a UL for mid-star teams and the number of tourney's currently running for 4-7* teams, it is obviuos the demand is there.

Hopefully, my association will grow into a well known about and represented gathering in the world of SmallBall. I am hoping to begin the UL as the major part of the league, along with running many other tournaments for mid-star teams.
