Why are there about 40 ULs that have 6267 next to them? Does he actually own all of those ULs? I've also never seen a game played in them for as long as I've been here...

The number next to the user league is the team they were created for. (there are also lots of them assigned to team 1 and one of Smith's teams, can't remember the number)
The owner of the team they created for can assign them to other teams. It was set up this way so that the Commissioner didn't have to assign all the leagues.

Well I knew that much, I was just wondering 1) Why these 6267 ULs haven't been used or given out and 2) Does 6267 plan on using them. I'm not trying to take a cheap shot, it's just a harmless question.
And about the right forum, I thought it would be a beginner question, although it pertained to ULs. Sorry about that.

Personally, I think that this topic should be in the UL forum, which you have moved it to. However, according to the rules of the UL forum found here
the topic shouldn't have been moved here, from my understanding...
