Well the three things that seem to work for me when I get stuck are:

-Weakness Train
-Do Some Running
-Reposition Players

But don't place to much on star ratings, a Strong 8* can beat a decent 9* team anyday!

how long, expect 3-5 weeks some times, check the 8* ratings as well

however, try to max in run, if possible, then when you think you are close to maxed on run throw and catch, do some batting for 4-5 days, then run again, should do it Wink

I pretty much agree with bailey.

Make sure you're either maxed in run, or close to it.. also may want to give them a little more catching too.. that helped me sometimes get over that 8* hump

again I'm having the same problem
I've been training for like 5 - 6 weeks, most of my players are maxed out throwing, my top 6 batters hit 333 - 568 ft.

I say strength train , whatever your guy is good at train him til he is pretty much maxed at that skill , but also train the other skills equally , after awhile , you will see him maxed at his best skill , so you will be able to save the extra pie for the next days training.
