im so mad 4 the second straight season i havent gotten my prizes 4 advacencin in the pl and no my team hasent been there before

I got my QT catch for moving to seventh this season, so I'm not sure what the problem could be. Phil, have you opened your trainer since advancing?

Same thing happend to me. I just changed my email address and got it.

You get a QT if you move up to a pro league higher than Jrs. that the team has NEVER been to before. So, you can get a prize for moving up to eighth for the first time, but you won't get another one if the team falls back to Jr. and advances to eighth again.

Yes, if they have never been to eighth league before. Ensure that you have opted to recieve e-mail reports however or your ticket will not be delivered.

Above the smallball loader splash select the drop down menu labeled settings, from there make sure that the box entitled "Receive E-mail Stats" is checked. From there, you're good to go.

I don't get e-mails with the ticket code, but I do receive the code in the messages box when I first open my trainer (ST only).

I dont get them anymore either.......been that way for about 6mo. seeing I dont use QTs I just dont complain
